Wellspring of Words

Wellspring of Words encourages and informs readers who are ready to embark on a journey of mental, physical, and spiritual transformation. Each of us has a far greater capacity to enhance our lives than we may acknowledge, and this ability exists in the words we utter to ourselves or others. Wellspring of Words is an inspiring book that blends research from biological science, psychology, and the Holy Scriptures. This research reveals the power of our words to bring about health and wellness or harm and hurt in the whole person. The author weaves in the stories of real people whose personal habits exemplify this practice in action. Wellspring of Words also offers readers a practical, step-by-step guide to shift to a life-giving narrative and connect to faith.
